| 'Lakeside Siesta' is located within the Chatham Park community, which is near 'marker 13' on Highway 192, west of Kissimmee. (5 miles from Disney)
Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standards and equipped with all the extras you would expect in a luxury home. There is a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee perc, toaster, etc. There is a cozy breakfast nook and a separate dining area.
The living area has 29" Cable TV/VCR, DVD, Stereo Hi-Fi, portable Hi-Fi with CD, Playstation with 2 pads and memory card, a selection of family videos, books, jig-saws and games.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has King-size bed, walk-in closeten and en-suite bathroom, The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom, in 'Winnie the Pooh' theme, has twin beds. ALL bedrooms have Cable TV with VCR and radio/clock alarms.
Patio doors, from the living area, lead to the screened outdoor pool. The patio furniture has deep padded cushions on seating and loungers. There is outdoor lighting for you to enjoy the evenings. A 2-seater swing with canopy and poolside shower have been fitted for your pleasure.
Pool Heating is optional ($125/£85 per week) and maintains the temperature to approx. 83/85%. Pool heating is not usually necessary from April through to October.
