THINGS TO DO:
The villa is 5 miles (about 10 minutes drive) west of Walt Disney World and within 20 minutes drive of Universal Studios and Sea World. Esprit community has a large communal pool and cabana, tennis and basketball courts aswell as its own par 54 executive golf course. There is a fishing boardwalk and boat ramp to Lake Davenport - a beautiful conservation area. Fishing licenses are available locally.
