| DESCRIPTION: |
| Welcome to a beautiful, well cared for three bedroom East Tawas vacation home that is located on a 125 foot lovely Lake Huron lot. Our guests will be very pleased by the perfect lakefront location within a quiet, upscale residential area. With over 1,200 square feet of furnished living space, plus a recreational room and a second large bathroom in the lower level, this Michigan vacation home is waiting for your family to come and enjoy! From the moment you pull into the attractive circular driveway, you will realize that this is not just any ordinary vacation rental. Featuring a glassed in sun room, your Lake Huron vacation home is immaculate inside and outside.
This no smoking Tawas vacation home offers a spacious great room with a gas fireplace, and huge windows that allow for easy viewing of the ever changing beauty of the lake. There is a cable television in the great room, along with a futon, sofa, and a large comfortable chair that also pulls out into a single bed.
There is lots of room in the kitchen to easily prepare meals for the largest of families. The full sized refrigerator is brand new, plus there is a flat European cooktop, an oven, large built in microwave, coffee pot, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. A dining table for six is located just off the kitchen, from where you can also gaze out at the lake. There is another large table and chairs for six more to gather around in the sunroom.
Just up the half flight of steps are three comfortable bedrooms, and a large full bathroom with a ceramic tub & shower combination. One bedroom overlooking the lake offers a queen bed, and a single bed. The second bedroom that also has a view of the water is furnished with a full bed, along with a single bed. The front bedroom is ideal for the kids, and is equipped with twin beds, and a trundle bed that is comfortable enough even for an adult.
Downstairs in the lower level recreation area, is a second cable television and a DVD player. There is another sofa here, along with a small pool table. A second large bathroom is located downstairs, along with a full sized washer and dryer.
Outdoors, there is plenty of room for everyone. The spacious well landscaped yard slopes down to the water. There is lots of attractive decking along the water's edge. A swim ladder makes for easy access into the shallow water. A sandy area is perfect for summer sunbathing, taking in the water views, and for relaxing with a good book. Use the new grill to prepare a delicious dinner. In the evenings, roast marshmallows, make s'mores, and tell stories around the fire pit. |
