Welcome to our Condo in the Tides Edge Condominium building, located at 127th St and the oceanfront in North Ocean City, Maryland.

Our Condo is located across Coastal Highway from Northside Park and is less than a mile south of Fenwick Island, Delaware.
Northside park is the hub for many events in North Ocean City, such as the 4th of July fireworks display and many sporting tournaments. Our condo is a short 15 minute drive to the world famous boardwalk.
It is located in a small (20 unit), quiet, oceanfront building that is mostly owner occupied and away from the high-rise crowd. Our summer home is a very nice, clean, oceanfront condo that has been recently refurnished and renovated. Almost all of the furnishings and decor are new, and our condo is aesthetically pleasing.
Our summer home is an elevated first floor condo, (directly above the garage) which has a great ocean view from the balcony, (see picture below for the actual view). There are windows on three sides of the building that serve to make our condo bright and cheery! You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the living room and master bedroom.
Access to and from the beach and your vehicle is very easy from our condo. There is the added convenience of being able to select between riding the elevator (which stops directly in front of our condo's door) or descending 15 stairs to get to the beach level. You are not at the mercy of the elevator as in many other buildings.
There are two parking spaces assigned to our condo. They are located less than 40 steps from the ground floor lobby and elevator. There is also ample street parking on 127th St for other members of your party.
Our Condo has two bedrooms and a family room, two full bathrooms with soaking tubs, central air and heat. It sleeps 8 in comfort; which is also the occupancy limit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room and family rooms both have sleep sofas that convert into comfortable queen sized beds.
A decent sized kitchen with a center island compliment our summer home. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has almost everything that most renters will need.
Our Condo is not a rental property, it is our second home and we rent it for only eight to ten weeks per year to defer some of the costs. We pamper it the rest of the year.
We rent our condo from Saturday to Saturday on season. Our Ocean City summer home is available for rent from July through the end of September. Please call (410) 747-5475 for more information.
Our Condo is a NO SMOKING/NO PETS ALLOWED unit. We rent to families and mature related couples only. Sorry no student, seasonal worker, party or rentals to unrelated individuals.
Cleaning service is provided by the owners. Rent directly from the owner(s)- get the keys before arriving in Ocean City. No late Saturday afternoon rental office chaos!
